Relaxation. It does the body good.
The BG got up with Ry this morning and let me sleep in. Until 10:30! I haven’t done that in years! Once we finally got all showered and fed, we took off to Waterton for some walking and dinner. It was SO relaxing. It’s one of those places that never loses it’s appeal. Both of us let out a big sigh as we got out of the van in the park and felt our shoulders drop 3 inches. It was also the first day in over a week that my back didn’t hurt. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get there. We spent some time at the lake, in the townsite and at the waterfall followed by a delicious dinner at our favourite little restaurant and an ice cream cone by the lake.
Here’s a small glimpse of our beautiful Sunday…

Don’t forget to tell me why your significant other rules and to update your bookmarks!

Oh that is VERY beautiful! I am so glad you had a wonderful day!
My significan’t other rules because he thinks about me and our pets and makes sure that we are completely comfortable and happy before thinking about himself. He does ALL the laundry because he knows how much I dislike it and doesn’t complain. Even when he has to wash individual items by them selves so they don’t ruin or get ruined by other cloths. He doesn’t complain and he is very loving and supportive. There are so many other good qualities about him but I am afraid I will fill up your blog comment so I will just leave it at that!

What beautiful pictures!
My hubby rules because. . .
1. He loves me even when I am at the my most unloveable state.
2. During the darkest times, he’s been my port in the storm. He’s been there beside me, reassuring me, holding my hand.
3. He listens to my ideas, no matter how strange.
4. He shows me how much he cares by the little things he does: frappachino from Starbucks; one perfect rose.
5. He’s awesome with the children and with the pets

Those pictures are so beautiful! You all look like you had SUCH a wonderful time.
My hubby rules because:
1). When we first brought Kira home, he stayed with us for 2 months helping me out and getting to know her.
2). He was the one who got up in the middle of the night to get her.
3). He sits down and reads to her, explaining what the pictures are, and where she might see them in real life.
4). He sings to her daily, causing much laughter and giant smiles.
5). He puts up with my mood swings with good grace and patience.
6). He not only does our laundry 98% of the time, he also cooks 98% of the time. (In my defence though, I hate cooking and he loves it LOL)
7). He’s only ever forgotten our anniversary once… I won’t tell you how often *I’ve* forgotten.
8). He’s 100% supportive of everything I’d done, everything I do, and everything I want to do.
9). He has never once tried changing me and accepts me happily for who I am.
10). When Kira spits up, and there’s no spitrag handy? He’ll cup his hand under her mouth to catch it, and NOT go green because of it.
