Have you gone Goji?
Goji Berries are all the rage these days. Before my dad got sick, I had heard of them but shut my ears off after hearing the exorbitant price. After talking to many cancer patients and cancer clinic nurses and doctors, I quickly realized that it’s costly because it works and it’s worth every penny if you can afford it. At what price health?
One thing I love about the linked site for Goji Berries is that you can purchase the berries, the juice or even the seeds to grow your own! I’ve never seen that before. (Maybe I live a sheltered life?)
Considered to be one of the most nutritious food sources on the planet (yes, the whole planet!), Himalayan Goji berries & Goji berry juice are great for health and extremely high in antioxidants. A quick Google search tells me that according to many experts (among them, Dr. Earl Mindell, one of the worlds leading nutritionists) the Goji Berry is one of the world’s most powerful anti-aging foods. Research has shown that many of the world’s longest living people consume regular daily helpings of this tiny red fruit.
Sounds intriguing, right? If you want to know more, check out the Wiki article. If you Google “goji” there are currently over 1 800 000 hits. Once you get past the information overload and begin sifting, you’ll find many great articles, critiques and legitimate studies.
I’m interested to know ~ have you or someone you know tried Goji? What did you think? How long and how faithfully did you/they use it? What did you think of the per bottle price tag for the juice? (I think it’s definitely more than green tea!) Have you tried the Goji Berries? What other natural preventative measures do you recommend?

I have had the dried goji berries many times and I love them! They are a little hard to chew but they taste great and they actually give me a bit of a buzz!
My sister is on her way to becomming a certified Gerson Therapist http://www.gerson.org/ which is a natural and proven effective way of not only preventing but curing people of cancer. I believe that following the gerson diet, or a modified diet is an excellent cancer preventive way of life. I don’t know if you have ever heard of it before, but it’s an interesting read.
Cheers,
Reesh

They look pretty good. I’ve never tried them but here we seem to get things a little after other places!
Like you say, it’s worth the price if it really helps!

Can’t say I’ve ever heard of it. I’ve tried that Tahitian Noni juice though. It tasted awful and was quite expensive. And I still got migranes every day.
