Renos Suck Butt
Some ideas, if you will…
1. We tore the carpet off our stairs and replaced the floor, but now have gross glue covered stringers to clean up and paint. What would you use to get the glue off? A scraper? Just sand like hell? Wanna come do it? Because I really really don’t want to.
2. We need to do moldings & baseboards, doors and other finishing crap within the next few months. Suggestions to make it easier? Do we need to buy/rent a nail gun? Will my staple gun’s nailing function work?

2 - yes rent a nail gun! We did had to finish that same stuff up and the nail gun was awesome. I have no idea if a staple gun will work.

Trade you … I preparing an international move, after just moving here 4 months ago…with a 3 yr old and a 6 month old.

AGH! I’ll trade you too. We tore apart our kitchen. Started with ripping up some (not all) of the floor. Took off all the baseboards, took some wood accents off the cabinet doors to paint, etc… It needs a major overhaul just to get it back together again!!!
