Random Kid Vid: A New Feature
Y’all know how I suck at weekly activities and things some bloggers do each week on a certain day. I do them a few times and it gets old. Also? I don’t like to be told what to do. 
So I’d like to introduce you to my very own special activity. It’s just the way I like it…random!
AKA whenever the heck I feel like it or remember.
I call it the RANDOM KID-VID series. Primo is just starting to be allowed to watch some stuff on-screen but is still not allowed to watch commercials or “real tv” because I just don’t think it’s a good idea. He needs to play – not sit and stare at a screen. Mostly it’s the commercials that bother me and the shows full of licensed characters that he’d then see everywhere we go and want to bring home. No thanks. The time will come, but for now we don’t need him indoctrinated with that crap. Instead he watches bits and pieces of learning DVD’s (alphabet and number stuff, mostly) and lots of short music videos. Over and over and over and over and over again. The ones that he finds particularly entertaining might just appeal to your kids too, so the Random Kid-Vid feature will allow us to share some of his faves with you. Everything we share will be kid-safe and commercial free. You can click on the image that will be in each post (and soon a mini-one in my sidebar, I hope) or this link at any time to bring up all of the posts in the random kid-vid category. I’m hoping that helps at least one of you get a moment of peace during a hellish day.
