Question for you, smart internets.
How is corn syrup that you bake with different from high fructose corn syrup that’s in crappy food?
Just as bad? A little better? Worse? Equivalent to broccoli?

I read about the difference before, but now I can’t remember what it was! HFCS is worse for you than corn syrup. I think it has to do with how it’s processed or something - it’s the high fructose part that is bad. Now you’re going to have me running to google LOL

I may be mistaken, but I believe it may contain a few more additives or preservatives. Or it could be like Michelle says, the way it’s processed. I can’t remember.
