My TOP problem was fixed promptly and courteously by a techie named Mike, who I called in the middle of the night and spoke to in total non-techie freaking out language.
Imagine…”and then the screen went white, and then the thingy changed, and then the blog looked ugly!”
Mike? Was totally cool and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. He was nothing but helpful and kind. Big companies? Need to hire more people like Mike.
This isn’t the first time I’ve needed the help of the BlueHost techies and they’ve always been willing to help and always solve whatever my problem might be, even when it doesn’t really have anything to do with the service I pay them (very little) to provide.
So, thanks Mike, and thanks BlueHost, from the bottom of my mommyblogger heart.
ETA: Okay, so I’m still annoyed. But…Mike was still great.
