Indeed. Many of my uncles fought in the Korean War. I have older cousins who were in Vietnam. It can be painful to remember, but it’s important to not forget.

You would not believe how it is not celebrated here! We have our 5 year old poppies and we take them out every year. People think it’s a ‘nice pin’. augh!!! I could go on!
